Founder / President / Treasurer
Eric currently works in physical therapy within a local healthcare system. As well, he has his associates in applied science and bachelor in healthcare administration.
Throughout his career, he has served in large-scale healthcare organizations across both urban and rural communities nationwide. During this time, he witnessed significant healthcare disparities, gaps in access to appropriate care, and the impact of insurance and funding changes on underserved populations. These experiences inspired him to establish the Bluegrass Outreach Initiative, an organization committed to addressing these inequities and supporting community needs.
In addition to his work with Bluegrass Outreach Initiative, Eric serves on the board of Staves of Honor, a nonprofit dedicated to service, fellowship, and supporting veterans and first responders. Founded by veterans who understand the importance of brotherhood and community, the organization strives to stand beside those who have served across the country.
Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Eric enjoys running, exercising, staying active, and spending as much time as possible with his family.
